MATTHEW ROBBINS

Matthew received a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy in 2019. He is currently studying for an M.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics at the University of Washington, where he is investigating turbulent separated flows. His research interests include methods to advance the data completeness and uncertainty quantification of experimental turbulence model validation data sets. Matthew’s careers plans include attending Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training with the United States Air Force upon the completion of his degree.

SAHIL KOMMALAPATI

Sahil is currently pursuing his Master's in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on applying data-driven approaches to fundamental engineering problems. He is currently working on automating Hairpin Vortex Identification from huge PIV datasets of turbulent flows. He has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahindra Ecole Centrale, India. His hobbies include biking and photography.
